It is argued that there should be no zoo because locking up
animals

in cages for their entire life is inhuman.
Nevertheless
Linking Words
, a portion of society says that
zoos

can help prevent wild
animals

from danger.
This
Linking Words
essay will look at two sides of these arguments and conclude that
zoos

provide great protection for wild
animals

from predators, diseases, and natural disasters. Plus,
zoos
Use synonyms
keep
animals

away from extinction. Those who are against
zoos

point out that keeping wild
animals

in captivity deprives their freedom. Wild
animals

are kept in limited space, while they can run freely in forests.
Moreover
Linking Words
, their survival skills are detrimental and cannot be released to nature again.
However
Linking Words
, I find it hard to believe since there are plenty of
zoos

that try to mimic natural habitats and simulate their real living conditions
such

as having more than one species in one enclosure.
Furthermore

, zoo
animals

have a significantly longer lifespan than those that live in the wild due to great protection from predators, diseases and natural disasters. When it comes to plagues, the percentage of wild

surviving is extremely low compared to

in
zoos

.
Additionally

, many endangered species that experience difficulty in reproduction are bred by zoologists in
zoos

,
thus

resulting in less tendency to be extinct. A solid proof can be seen in Chiang Mai Zoo where pandas are successfully reproduced and are not considered endangered species anymore. From my point of view, the view that
zoos

keep wild
animals

in a cruel way is not true because
zoos

give paradise conditions for wild
animals

which are natural-like habitats, no hunters, no illness and injury.
Besides

,

are beneficial to wild

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
