decade, there have been numerous inventions aimed at making life less stressful. While these have received positive feedback, some individuals believe that they cause more challenges. I am of the opinion that modern technology has greatly reduced our stress levels as individuals and

with the dawn of computers, just by the click of the fingers , documents can be sent to recipients on

and safely too.

, studies have shown that 75% of emails sent on a daily basis are work-related, making things easier for individuals and companies. In conclusion, technology has become a major aspect of our living and has contributed significantly to reducing our stress levels as well as saving costs.
