These days, due to the fast development of communication technology, societies can speak on the cell

easily that can be done anywhere. Some

argue the conversations are supposed to be prohibited as they may bother

and for a certain culture, the practices are deemed impolite. Whereas,

disagree with it as

essay will discuss both sides of the arguments and purpose my own opinion. On the one hand, cell
