 century, employment becomes an important part of human's life. Many
people
 opt out of starting their own business rather than working under a
company
 or organisation.
This
 essay will discuss the reasons and some of the disadvantages while working as self-employed. One advantage of self-employment is getting happiness to the mind.

 enjoy more time with their families,

 they can take holidays anytime.
For instance
, a recent survey, conducted in Bangalore found out that 55% of IT professional prefers to work as a freelancer

 was most of them wanted to spend more time with their parents or their children which was not possible with the

. Due to instability in salary, professionals sometimes faces getting a stable salary and it could affect the new kind of a problem.
