In many countries, people have health problems because they choose to live in unhealthy ways. what do you think the reasons for this and how can it be solved?
Most of the common

problems in certain countries such
as obesity, diabetes and hypercholesterolemia are attributed to the modern sedentary lifestyle. In my opinion, the main reasons people
eat and live unhealthily is due to the high expenses and less convenience of healthier food
as well as lack of time
for regular exercises.
To begin
with, although
the majority of people
know that outside meals and fast food
are more unhealthy than home cook food
in terms of higher sugar, fat and salt content, however
, fast food
is often at choice due to its convenience and cheaper prices. In comparison, although
organic ingredients are more nutritious, they are often sold at a higher price. Moreover
, individuals

on cooking, especially working adults. In order to fill the gap between eating outside and eating healthily, the government can actually set limits for fast food
restaurants on adding sugar and using oil. In that case, people
can still eat healthily while eating out.
On top of that, a sedentary lifestyle also
includes lacking regular exercise, while the primary reason for that is
lack of time
. Most people
today focus more on their work and career development, thus
often working overtime and compromising their private time
for other activities such
as body training and sports. Also
, it is not always convenient for some people
who stays far away from the gym and sports facilities. To tackle this
problem, companies could have set up gym room or sports area nearby or within the workplace to encourage their worker to exercise, also
as a good way to destress. By right, this
method not only promotes physical health
but also
mental health
for their staff.
In short, lack of time
and money is often used as the main excuses why people
choose to avoid a healthier lifestyle. Nonetheless
