Doctors recommend that older people exercise regularly, however, not many of them have an exercise routine. Why do you think it is happening? How can people be encouraged to exercise regularly?

Nowadays,
exercise
for older
people
plays an important role. Doctors suggest they be more active every day.
However
, older
people
are unaware of
exercise
routines.
Nonetheless
, certain measures can be taken to encourage
this
generation. Older
people
need to be more active during the day. Even if they stay at home.
This
can be achieved by doing some
exercise
. It is known that most elders do not have a special routine and it should be given one, depending on their needs. Since not everyone has the same health issues. These days the
people
do not put a lot of attention to the geriatrics area, and
that is
why they do not develop special programs addressed to old
people
.
This
is fundamental because it helps to prevent future diseases. Older
people
can be encouraged to practice
exercise
daily by giving more attention to them.
For example
, by explaining the advantages that sports have, like regulating the blood pressure, make the heart stronger or the most important
that is
preventing future sickness. It would
also
help to create group programs for certain needs or rather specific body issues.
Also
, younger
people
can help the older
people
by doing some sports with them, since elders do not like to do these activities alone, either out of fear or lack of inspiration. I believe that elders do not practice too much
exercise
, because doctors do not give them proper guidance.
Also
, most older
people
do not know why
exercise
is good for their health. If they only knew, maybe most of the diseases wouldn´t be so advanced.
That is
why sports are a life changer and lifesaver.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
