Nowadays many people choose to be self employed rather than work for a company or organisation why might this be case what would be the disadvantages of being self employed

We live in an age where many individuals want trade ownership rather than working under someone. They feel pressured and stressed while working as an employee. But, it becomes really expensive to stand on trade.

, it has an ample number of bad outcomes for starting own enterprise .I will sport my view with arguments in the following paragraphs

with, establishing own organization is 1st preference of most individuals because they found production under Bosses is difficult for them. they want to become bosses of their own.

, leadership quality and situation handling qualities are built-in with help of sole proprietorship. Whereas working under someone leads to following others orders. As well as, in the contemporary era, booses give lots of endeavour to their subordinates. They feel burdened. ,

someone harsh behaviour can lead them to leave jobs and get unemployed. Whereas in their own organization rather than following orders, they give commands. Here is an example, an individual working for Reliance firm since 5 years get a lot of trials to do and

amount is not affordable for everyone. In nutshell, employee ownership is the dream of everyone. there are several disadvantages of self-employment which I have explained in the Upper paragraphs.
