qualities are inborn or carved out seems to be endless. While the former is more common, I would maintain that training outweighs inherent dispositions in forming a good
leader
. At
first
glance,
leadership
involves a number of good characteristics that some people might possess naturally. A competent
leader
is, by and large, expected to be highly confident, sociable and good at directing his/her fellows. These qualities are commonly witnessed in some children from a young age, which means
such
children are naturally more privileged to be better
leaders
. Indeed, if they are more interpersonal from the very
first
years, they seem not to hesitate to get charged of a task involved a group, which results in gaining their experience and vital skills of being
leaders
, whereas other children have to undergo a lot of training and exposure to be just as capable as them. Generally speaking, natural extraversion fosters people to be great
leaders
. On the other side, becoming a competent
leader
is a process accumulating of a great deal of experience through a long period of time in which learning plays an important role. It is a fair suggestion that
leadership
also
requires the acumen to adapt to the rapid changes outside and thoroughly understand all his/her workers. Typically, these qualities need great time and effort to grow, so a man needs to learn persistently to become a competent
leader

Furthermore

leaders
in the world who did not have traits related to
leadership
in their early years, A good case in point is Elon Musk. He used to be shy and was a nerd at school, Practice and learning year by year unleash
leadership
capacity in each individual. Whilst nature quality is a foundation for
leadership
, I would contend that constant training would sharpen
this
skill
and nurture a good
leader
. Personally,
leadership
is a learned
skill
rather than an innate
skill
.
