You and your family are living in rented accommodation in an English speaking country. You are not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture. Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter introduce yourself explain what is wrong with the furniture say what action you would like the landlord to take

Dear Mr Simpson, I am writing
this
letter to express my deepest dissatisfaction with the usability presented by some of the furniture belonging to the apartment that my family and I have been living in. My name is Christine and we live on 505 Kingston Street, number 58. We have rented the fully furnished apartment 20 days ago, with one year contract. Let me start by mentioning our main concerns regarding the furniture, which are mostly not in a good shape for use. The beds make constant noise, even with the smallest movements.
Although
all the utensils in the kitchen are working perfectly, the dining chairs are not enough to accommodate all my family. With respect to the remedial steps, I would really appreciate it, if you could take immediate action in order to attend to these basic requirements of my family, as well as provide us with some financial refund related to
this
first
month. I hope we can sort
this
matter out amicably, and I am looking forward to your reply. Yours sincerely, Christina Smith
