Some people think that children should begin their formal education at a very early age. Others think they should begin after seven years of age. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

The
age
at which
children
should begin
school
is hotly contested. Some feel that
children
should commence
school
before
age
seven
. Others,
conversely
, claim that education should begin after
age
seven
.
Both
ideas carry an element of truth, but the
second
view is more accurate because of juveniles’ physical and cognitive development.
To begin
, exposing
children
to academic knowledge before
age
seven
provides many chances to acquire useful information beyond their peers.
Also
, it helps them discover their special talent earlier, which means that they can start pursuing their future dreams sooner than other
children
.
For example
, Do Nhat Nam began
school
when he was just two years old

and now enjoys certain life achievements.
In contrast
,
children
need to have a childhood, playtime to explore themselves and develop
both
physically and mentally in early childhood.
For example
, when
children
have more playtime, they will have better health than
children
who focus on academics, as they enjoy life rather than thinking about studying.
Furthermore
, parents help them to identify what they would like to explore and orientate them without stressing them, giving them time to develop before attending classes. Starting
school
later is more beneficial to students. By spending early childhood exploring their environments,
children
not only learn many real-life lessons but
also
enhance soft skills,
such
as communication or independence.
For example
, a child who Summarily,
both
arguments have their merits. Educating youths prior to
age
seven
affords them opportunities to enhance their academic knowledge and discover hidden talents.
In contrast
,
children
who start
school
too young lose the opportunity to play and explore their environment, robbing them of invaluable experiential learning.
However
,
children
beginning formal education after
age
seven
have much greater benefits than those who begin earlier because the extra maturation time facilitates
both
physical and mental development.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
