Maternity leave has become a mandatory regulation in many country. During the first month after giving birth, women or mother are recommended or allowed by their workplace to take maternity leave. On the contrary, when a company didn't allow it, it could be considered as a violation towards human's and women's rights. Consequently, massive protests towards that company will likely be occured. Teenagers' delinquencies are becoming more serious than in the past. Some people argue that the underlying cause of this issue is that parents spent time at work rather than taking care of their children. In my view, I partially agree with this statement because not only can parents manage their child's behaviours, but also teachers are playing an important role in regulating teenagers' characteristics.
