I am Jay Dave who has rented apartment B10. The apartment itself is completely fine nothing odd in it, however

because most of them look outdated and some of them are broken. Moreover

to call someone to come and fix our dishwasher as soon as possible, while the broken furniture
I will fix by myself since I have the right tools and I am not that busy yet. I hope you will consider my situation.
