Write a letter to the company that sold you the item. In the letter: give details about the order you made explain what was wrong with the item tell the company what you want them to do about it

Dear Mr John, I am Anna John, writing
this
letter to inform you regarding a mobile phone that I have purchased from your shop
last
Friday. My order number is 20041582 and I would like to raise a complaint against the item purchased . It is a Samsung Galaxy phone with model number M51 and the specified feature is that it has a fast-charging feature .When I checked it at the shop everything was working fine and the salesman asked me to keep the mobile in charging position for 8 hrs before the initial use .
However
,the phone was not charged, even if it plugged in for more than the specified time. from my initial ,investigation it seems like there is an issue with the charging portal. So I would like to request you to replace the item worth 16000 rupees and since I have not used it yet. I am attaching a copy of my bill details along with
this
letter and you can check for
further
details.Expecting a swift and positive reply. Yours sincerely, Anna
