increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problems. to waht extent do you agree?

In
this
modern era , many countries are relying on
fuel
to maintain their businesses and economies. Some individuals believe that raising the cost of petrol can eliminate commute and
pollution
problems
.
However
,I partly agree with
this
view and explain more details in the following paragraphs. On the one hand , lifting the
fuel
price can impact the particular country businesses .
For example
, If the
fuel
prices are increasing enormously , all the products and services related to
fuel
prices will
also
be increased and people need to pay more for their expenses. There is no doubt that , even though most developed countries are implementing clean energies like solar and wind power for their energies sources , oil energy remains the main source of their power supplies.
On the other hand
, if people are using more
fuel
energy for their businesses , they will suffer more traffic and
pollution
problems
in their environment .
For instance
, one survey from social science shows that people from urban areas are more stressed than rural areas because of commute and air
pollution
problems
. Here , some governments are restricting some days for driving cars in their major cities to reduce those kinds of issues and
this
would be another good idea for others governments as well . Taking everything into consideration , increasing the petrol price would not be the best solution to solve traffic and
pollution
problems
.In my opinion , one possible solution would be to ban some days for using
fuel
energy to reduce commute and
pollution
issues.
