There is no denying the fact that people often seek to expand their relationships and know new people. While it is a commonly held belief that many people judge quickly about a kind of person and if he is trustworthy or not. There is also an argument that opposes it. In my opinion, I consider that knowing the qualities and personalities of new people is a complex process and requires time so judging them quickly is unfair and bad behaviour.

Incessant innovation in technology and advanced research in the medical sector developed cures for almost every disease. It is still claimed by people that it is better to practice safety measures to prevent illness rather than spend money on treatment. I strongly agree with this notion as a proactive approach to keeping one self-fit will not only improve our immunity but also save our savings for treatment costs.

Some traditional medicines, such as acupuncture and herbal remedies can indeed improve health. However, this essay disagrees that these conventional remedies outweigh current medicines because of lacking short-term treatment and specific inspection.
