Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
Linking Words
missive to let you know that I have just an article related to the 'karnal' region that you published on 21st July 2022. I wanted you to make some corrections to your
magazine
Use synonyms
.
Firstly
Linking Words
,in terms of literacy rate,Karnal has 75% of the total population who are literature while the
magazine
Use synonyms
shows a much lesser number in comparison with the actual data shown by the census 2022. I certainly believe it is vital for the organisation to display the true content because the
magazine
Use synonyms
is circulated across distinct parts of the nation and if the readers get the information that the
magazine
Use synonyms
is publishing wrong data
then
Linking Words
there might be a chance that people will stop reading the
magazine
Use synonyms
which will lead to huge losses for the company in the future. Since the
magazine
Use synonyms
is already published and distributed across the country. So,to rectify the error the organization must provide a short note in their upcoming articles where it should republish the article but with correct numbers. Do not hesitate to contact me I look forward to hearing from you Yours faithfully, Haman

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
