Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to bring to your notice the inconvenience that occurred to me when I was at one of your hotels. Before I explain my situation, I would like to pinpoint the Hotel so that you understand the point clearly. I was at ITC Hotel which is in Hi-Tec city, Hyderabad right beside Srujana Mall. It was on Feb 06th 2022 which was the weekend. As the temperatures are low due to weather the room heater did not work when I was there.
Moreover
, I had to attend the conference with my company in the early hours. In the morning, the breakfast was not ready by the time I leave for a meeting. These issues could be resolved quite easily. Before any customer checks in, the management has to have a proper cleanup and examine the functionalities that are available so that users can have a comfortable stay.

, the breakfast needs to be prepared before 6:00 am so that employees can have it can
