,before formally start staying ,

Firstly

I would like to inform you about my willingness to reside in a place of my wish and the list of dishes ,I would prefer

hand. Since at the time of filing , an application I preferable opted for a single room,

, I have searched for the campus block facing towards the lake,

Priority is a quiet and decent area,Still

will be a great favour If the corner portion could be assigned with my file.

Moreover

,I would not like to share my room with anyone,Please check my File,As I am willing to pay extra for my separate living. Mainly, I would like you to note that after diagnosing the severe acidity issue, the doctor particularly forbade me to eat dairy and spicy cuisine,

for Example

:Milk Tea,Cheese and all-spices .

Hence

I would like the foodstuff department to enrol my name on the list of "Special food is given" options.

Also

,I am concerned about the food itinerary list of every week ,If possible ,So that I may plan and scheduled my meal plan which I like to eat

accordingly

Although

I am not picky ,It's just I have to be careful.
