Some people believe that it is a good idea that older people continue to work if it is possible for them to do. Do you agree or disagree?

Many today claim that it is beneficial to retain hiring older
workers
. Given their
business
’s knowledge and networks, which contribute to the
company
’s
growth
, I totally agree. Senior
workers
would have a more incisive contribution to the
business
’s development. In simple words, senior
workers
with long-term engagement would have a deeper insight into the
business
operation as well as the core values. Unlike the young employees who perceive a
company
's scenario through social media, the old possess ample real-life experience and knowledge about how
this
firm works. Imagine that a young person accredited to Finance Chief would be bewildered while promptly deciding what to do in the crisis, and eventually, his decision would harm the
business
's
growth
.
Instead
of that, senior
workers
can wonder for their
company
during the hardships with their exceptional experience and simultaneously connect and build strong teams. Older
workers
tend to have a long-term commitment to the
company
to pave a way for sustainable
growth
. It means that senior
workers
are likely to devote themselves to stable work for long a time, which allows the
company
to ensure lasting human resources and save funds for training courses.
Instead
, young employees often work for a short term as they care more about upfront compensation than their older counterparts, they would prefer to change their jobs for a different experience, working environment or attraction of higher salary offer.
This
loss of dedication would not only bring the
business
much damage but hinder the development process. In recapitulation, retain hiring older
workers
would bring the
company
experienced and long-lasting employees, which offers a gateway for sustainable
business
growth
.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
