such
as lacking self-esteem or resistance in society have constituted the above situation, mitigating
this
problem would involve stepping out of their comfort zone and being fearless with asking for assistance. There are several causes of
this
statement. The main one is that they haven't ever been experienced in collaboration works before. To be more specific, in the majority of Universities classwork, they usually assigned projects for students, but it is quite varied in some courses depending on the professor.
For instance
, if the professors are flexible, they would allow learners to finish the project as an individual.
Therefore
, in
this
case, for the workers who experienced these circumstances, it would be hard for them to work with their colleagues.
Moreover
, their self-confidence is sufficient,
thus
when they are in a situation where a team's opinion was needed they might choose to not express their opinions.
Therefore
, all of these reasons will be a cause of
this
argument. Various courses of action could be taken in order to address the aforementioned problem.
To begin
with, stepping out of their comfort zone would be a great factor to drive them to achieve
this
issue.
However
,
this
action must come up with an open-minded mindset as well.
For instance
, if one intended to improve their communication skill, they have to think of some benefits they could earn from these changes
first
so that one would allow themselves to do it regardless of concerns for
this
change.
Hence
, workers who need to solve
this
issue should consider
this
suggestion. In conclusion, various factors have led to problems in having interpersonal skills, but
this
situation could be mitigated by fearless of new angles of life.
