ten years , availing your services and never been disappointed but this
time I have to struggle a lot as Last
Monday, On 12th November, Visited your store to buy a laptop, one of your staff member suggested me to buy the latest model of Lenovo laptop . Despite the fact of being new one battery power is getting drained in 20 to 30 minutes ,which must be retained at least for 2 hours. Not only this
, but the touchpad is also
not working appropriately affect my office work.
Although
, I apprised the issue to your customer service department and they assured me to repair or replace it with new one within 2 days, however
, the issue has not been resolved yet so it let down my trust towards your services, I expect to receive a replacement or getting my current laptop repaired within 1 day.
Hoping you will take quick and prompt action and will fix this
problem immediately .
