A decade later, when I worked as a counsellor in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), I received a colleague who had suffered from depression and lost the pleasure and interest in activities for most of the day. Unfortunately, with limited theoretical knowledge, I could not provide her with

? These two cases gave me great inspiration and I wondered if any psychological therapy could be developed. At that moment, I realized my calling and purpose in life was to help

, I organized a non-profit online community that focused on developing healthier life habits and a positive attitude to encounter pressure.

impacted by biased self-cognition, I launched the campaign of How To Discover Natural Talent,which aimed at exploring the genius everyone was born with.With more desirable changes happening, I determined to devote myself to make research on depression and become an academic researcher in the field of psychology.
