Dear Kathy,
Hi, how are you? I hope
this
letter finds you well. I'm writing to say thank you for agreeing with looking after my house while I'm on holiday. I'm also
writing to let you know some information and details that I want you to know while I am away.
In case you need to contact me, I'll be staying at the Mariott hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii. If something urgent happens, however
, you can call my mobile phone which I'll keep with me all the time. I've written my mobile phone number on a sticky note and left it on the fridge.
With regard to taking care of my cat, she needs to be fed twice a day, so please put a handful of cat biscuits in his bowl both in the morning and in the evening. Also
, please make sure there's fresh water in his bottle throughout the day.
There's one more thing I want you to do me a favour. For security reasons, clear my mailbox every morning and keep the porch's night light on at night, please.
I thank you again for your help and great kindness. I look forward to seeing you on my return.
Yours,
