with regard to raising my concern for my neighbourhood regarding the rubbish collection issue. In the past time, we have never faced

kind of issue before. The rubbish collection trucks came regularly but I noticed recently that those are not collecting daily since a few weeks ago. Sometimes, it didn't appear for almost 2 to 3 days. As you know, our neighbours are near the central wet market.

Therefore

, if the trucks didn't come daily and were absent to collect, the rubbish became like a mountain and its sticky smell reach till our housing area. These are not only affecting to people's health but
