Respected Madam, On the 5th of March, 2020, I leased a Toyota Etios automobile (RegNo: KL7 A210) from M/s. Steven Taxis (Cochin branch). I'm sorry to inform you that my car was involved in a minor accident on 14 March around 12:30 p.m. while travelling from Cochi to Calicut. A minibus passed me on the left side and slammed into my rearview mirror, completely destroying it. I immediately notified the police, who arrived on the scene to conduct an investigation. The bus driver has been charged with rash driving. Fortunately for me, their insurance company agreed to pay for the complete repair because the driver was solely responsible. Henceforth, please be advised that I will handle the repairs going forward and will seek reimbursement from the insurance provider afterwards. Feel free to contact me at my phone number if you require any other information. Please accept my sincere gratitude for your patience. Yours sincerely, Obbu Raga Sai Nithisha
