Preserving the settlement neat, governments and individuals have always disputed their own responsibilities. Most of the time they devolve

heavy-duty to one another and it seems to result in unfruitful efforts keeping the environment pure. In

this

essay, both opinions will be elaborated on. In some residents' point of view, it is definitely the reigns' charge to hold everywhere clean. They believe that if the citizens are paying taxes, they should observe its results all around the city. To name an instance, the mayoralty has to put large numbers of wastebaskets in different locations and

empty them every day. In

way, not only would the city remain tidy but

it prevents the raising number of insects. On the other side of the coin, some people say that it is our duty to conserve the surroundings trim. They are great fans of eco-friendliness and condemn any carelessness about mankind's habitats,

as throwing out the garbage from cars and so on. As an eco-lover, I have the same opinion and realize the importance of keeping the earth neat for other critters' and

generations' healthy lives. To be honest, it is claimed that even animals care about the purity of their residence, so being the best creatures, it sounds awful to act indifferently on

ground. To recap the main points, both the occupants and the administrations are responsible for the cleanliness of the environment and

is considered as everyone's essential duty. So it had to be rooted in ones' minds through working on their culture via social media, TV and other popular media.
