these days more and more younger people have to compete with older people for same jobs. what are the problems it causes? what is the solution.

Due to advancement in science and ,technology the health and physical strength of people are getting better and people live longer,so more and more seniors want to stay on the
job
providing tough competition for young individuals which create lots of problems for the newcomers in the market from social to financial and solutions may be complex. In
next
paragraphs will discuss both sides and flash more light on the topic. Better healthcare and medical advancement had extended life expectancy a few years
further
in developed countries reaching nearly 80 years,so they are going to work few more years and the lesser
job
opportunities for young individuals as no
jobs
out there in the market, making it hard for them to enter in the
job
market which in fact delay their personal, professional and social life. They remain under financial burden as the student's loan and other financial expenses keep collecting in account and no source of income available,
this
does not allow them to settle down because they lack financial stability and social status for starting their life. For to solve
this
situation companies should come up with offering volunteer retirement schemes for senior employees offering them incentives for early retirement,
furthermore
creating more assistant posts and intern positions providing
jobs
to younger ones and still keeping seniors for their experience and skills to train and guide the new workforce.Keeping the retirement age lower limit will help create more opportunities for new blood.Governments can offer tax rebates for the companies as per the number of new
jobs
created by them,
moreover
can offer unemployment allowance for
job
seekers without
jobs
with skills and training. In final say ,in today's era of throat cut competition public, governments and companies should work together to cut down problems for the younger generation and same time support seniors to maintain their dignity and respect for volunteering their
jobs
to young adults.
