The appearance of the wild dogs is almost identical to a pet dog and their only difference lies in their fur colours, as wild dogs have black and tan fur. Another difference is their deceptive leisurely-looking pace. As it is the hunting tactic they use to wear down their prey before killing them. The wild dogs are the rarest and most endangered predators in the whole African continent, as there are only fewer than 5000 of
this
 specie left. The main reason for their extinction is the hatred of local farmers and the presence of much larger and stronger predators in the area. Despite his lack of sleep, Moss was very excited to see those beautiful animals and none of the difficulties matters to him anymore, after he has witnessed a wild dog hunt.
