In some countries the average weight of people is increasing and their levels of health and fitness are decreasing. What do you think are the causes of these problems and what measures could be taken to solve them?
In certain nations,
people
now weigh more than the standard weight
and this
is resulting in being less fit and healthy. This
essay will discuss the causes for this
such
as a busy lifestyle as well as solutions including imposing weight
restrictions and altering building make-up.
Causes for this
include the following. Many people
lead busy lives that do not accord them the chance to work
out. In other words
, because people
are always in a rush , they never spare any time for exercising that could help them improve in strength and physical well-being. This
is especially worse when a person's career does not involve any physical work
. For instance
, many Accountants are often fat because they spend long hours just sitting in their office and only engage in some minimal form of exercise when they walk out of a building. Eventually, this
leads to obesity and a weakened immune system on their part.
Gladly though, there are solutions to these kinds of problems. This
problem can be overcome by imposing entry weight
restrictions in certain places and improving the building designs. Since many people
visit places such
as banks and health facilities, setting a limit on the amount of weight
that can be allowed to access such
important places can force people
to work
on reducing their body sizes. This
can later culminate in improved health as they would regularly work
their muscles. Moreover
, when such
buildings are made without any lifts but with stare cases only that people
have to ascend on, they will be made to work
out every time they use them.
By way of conclusion, even though being busybodies leads to people
gaining substantial amounts of weight
, this
could be undone by putting limits on weights allowed inside important facilities and ensuring that these are all constructed with stare only.Submitted by rawlingskatongo89 on
