Nowadays many people complain that they have difficulties having getting enough sleep what problems can lack of sleep cause? what can be done about lack of sleep?

Its became the talk of the town,that every
second
individual are facing problem about Insomnia.
However
,In my openion,I agree to the extent.
Thus
,I will discuss both the issues of not having enough sleep and the counter action to be taken for the control of
such
behaviour.
Firstly
,there could be multiple issues of
such
instances .
For Example
: Stress and anxiety.Both play major medical problems which triggers most of the time.
Last
year I experinced loss of sleep because I faced depression due to unwanted daily official chorus.
Secondly
,Eating Habbit may detoriate the sleep-Cycle.Taking meals on time may lead to proper digestion ,ultimately the body cycle remains in order.
Thirdly
,talking about the solutions towards insomnia,is to follow perfect life style.
For Example
: Our body gets tired and exhausted so early stage of life if we dont design the morning and night sleep-shedule.
For Example
: Typically ,during examinations students take so much stress on their head and
subsequently
lost their sleep,If they follow the Time-Table and maintain healthy lifestyle ,they may able to perform well.Fourthly,Time Management is equally important,
however
adherence to healthy eating habbit,miantaining constructive and productive lifestyle may lead to constraint about many deseases due to lack of sleep.
Lastly
,Complaigning about health issues are easy to say but handling and inculcating in ourselves is far more difficult to follow.
