Dear Mrs Alice, I am writing
this
letter to draw your attention to the very bad conditions of our accommodation located on Bristol Avenue. I am sharing the apartment with two other roommates. As you know we are all students at the English School of Brighton.
Initially
,everything was running well, and our
first
impression of the place was great. Regrettably, things changed very soon. The
first
problem was the water heater, it has been broken for almost a month. The repair crew was here several times without success and the
last
time they spent hours finding the problem. Since
last
week the scenario is the worst because the central heater is not working at all. The winter is coming very soon, and the flat does not have good conditions to face the low temperatures. I would like you to move us to another apartment while the problem is fixed. I expect to hear from you soon. Yours sincerely, Miguel Vanterpool Hector
