I am writing with regards to a technical problem I am having when using a printer recently purchased from your store.
Let me start by pointing out the matter which is the inability to scan any document.
Although
I have been printing documents without any problem, it seems that there is some issue with the scan function, since I could not scan any material using it.

matter on my job is that I have not been able to send important documents which require my signature, as well as keep an online copy of any handwritten document, as they cannot be scanned using the printer.
