You have a complaint about the hotel you stayed at while attending a meeting that was booked by the organiser of a company meeting. Write a letter to the organiser of the meeting and include Details about the meeting The problem you faced What should be done
Dear Mr Brown,
I attended the company's 'Annual Planning meeting'. I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel stay arrangements and possible steps that could be taken in future to avoid such
.
The 'Annual Planning Meeting' of our department is an annual affair and this
time it turned out to be highly successful due to the fact that the Group CIO also
participated in person. I would say it was highly motivational for the upcoming leads like me to interact with him and understand the goals of the company.
I would like to mention to you the list of problems I faced with the accommodation provided. First
of all, there was no WiFi provided and because of this
, I couldn't catch up with my official emails. Next
, I was not provided with a non-smoker room, though I had made a request for it. Lastly
, the room allotted was next
to the elevator and I faced a lot of disturbance and couldn't sleep better.
I agree that hotel booking is a tedious job and to make this
a better experience, I suggest that you make a roaster of the accommodation preferences of the attendees and share it with the functional coordinator, who can ensure that the stay arrangement is done smoothly.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
