letter in response to your request about the design of our

. Even though

is the most important room in a

company

since is the

first

place that the potential customers usually see. Since I started working here the most common complaint I have been hearing, is that it does not follow the

company

's standards anymore. The office had been renovated and the

reception

is the only place using the oldest design of chairs and counter, even the

company

logo is out of date since the values of the

company

now include the rainbow colours in honour of the LGBT community. I believe that the enhancement of the

reception

area can be simple and costless. There are some chairs and a sofa in meeting room number 5 that we could use.

, I can renovate the counter on my own since I already have experience in

this

matter. The new logo is the only object we will need to order but I think that the graphic can deliver to us in five days or less.
