Some people work for the same organization all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organizations. Discuss both these view and give your own opinion.

In the modern world, a vast majority of the population prefers a job over doing some business.
Therefore
, it is suggested by many that working in different companies will be more beneficial than serving the same organization for their whole

I will discuss both the arguments in detail before providing my opinion. Pursuing a career in a distinct workplace will aid many advantages.
Firstly
, an employee will gain a variety of experiences.
Also
, the salary hike while changing the institute is an added benefit.
For example
, one of my co-workers switched to our rivals and received a very handsome package along with the department change.
However
, being employed in the same company might hinder the personal as well as professional growth and development of an individual. A person gets stuck in a monotonous environment of the corporate world if he doesn't keep exploring other opportunities. In simpler words, doing similar assignments daily for 8 hours without any chance to learn something new will make his existence mundane and will hamper his learning skills over time.
Consequently
, it will impact the mindset of the worker which in turn may affect his personal
life
as well.
For instance
, research shows that a group of service classes in India with the same service has shown an increasing rate of gloominess when compared to those who changed their offices regularly.
Thus
, there are a few negatives of not switching a job at right time. All in all, from my perspective, it is better to swap organizations rather than working in the same one for whole
life
as
this
will provide more benefits to a person's own
life
as well as in earning money more efficiently.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
