The main reason that people work hard is to make money. To what extent you agree or disagree

Some people assume that employees' only desire is to earn good money. The ability to cover all essential expenses forces them to spend more time as well as energy on doing their job thoroughly.
Nevertheless
, I strongly disagree with the opinion that money plays a leading role in why people are willing to be hard-working. To start with, moral satisfaction is considered to be a priority of a vast number of employees rather than a high salary. Having an outstandingly rewarding job a person is not likely to undergo mental problems
such
as anxiety or depression.
As a result
,
although
tasks at work can be either energy or time-consuming, it is practically impossible to develop the aforementioned disorders, even though a salary is obviously quite basic.
Secondly
, a financial reward is not the main reason to be industrious for ambitious workers, especially for those whose job is not connected with conducting business. Despite the fact that it is possible to have not enough money for living, being successful and worldwide known are the elements which make them dedicate their lives to achieving their goals.
For example
, artists and sportsmen, whose income is average, work without breaks so that their dreams will be accomplished. All things considered, people do not decide to devote their lives to work in order to become wealthy. Other values are vital for them. Not only do some of them want to reach professional goals, but
also
it is beneficial for people`s health to be fulfilled but not fabulously rich.
