Hi Raman, I hope that
letter finds you well. I'm glad to hear from your mother that you have moved to Gurgaon. I let you that one of my friends living in the same sector as well where you are living. As you know that I'm particularly concerned with my fitness and always try to challenge my fitness level. Given that, I joined the gym which is just a few km away from my place as it really helps me to keep myself in shape. I really enjoy the part of
gym where I perform weight training because you can not only train your muscles with the available equipment but
use your own body to train your body and mind at the same time.
, the trainer makes it really comfortable and always inspires me to go the extra mile. I think it'll suit your fitness needs too as you want to shed extra pounds off.
, you can do exercises which will be accustomed to your goals by experts.
In addition
, in my opinion, it will be a walk in the park to lose fat if you join the gym. Hope that you'll consider my recommendation. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best Wishes, Gurpreet
