in advertisements nowadays always imply that they are new to some degree. In
this
essay, the reasons for
this
tendency will be discussed, followed by my explanation that why I view
this
as a positive trend. There are primarily two factors contributing to those organizations keeping renewing their
products
on a regular basis. The
first
one is that the firms want to draw public attention. There are various choices in the market for
consumers
, which makes it hard for them to stick to one product for too long.
In other words
, if
companies
do not try to launch new items,
consumers
would either get bored or be attracted by other newly released items.
Therefore
, constantly releasing novelties can help businesses impress potential and existing
consumers
. Another point is that
companies
need to apply
such
advertising strategies to win over their competitors in the market.
Thus
, new items with distinguished styles and functions can surely gain more advantages compared with peer
companies
. In regard to
this
business trend, it can exert more positive effects on both
consumers
and manufacturers. To have some advantages over their rivals, firms would either lower their prices for the novelties or add new functions to them. For
consumers
, it is favourable to have more choices of newly-launched
products
which could be more functional or even affordable.
In addition
, manufacturers can
also
benefit from
this
, as updating their
products
frequently can help them to retain customers and keep them coming back,
thus
more revenues would be earned, meeting their profit-oriented goal. As discussed above, businesses usually emphasise the new traits of their goods these days due to the reason that they want to win the competition among peer
companies
, addressing more attention from customers. And
this
is a positive trend as
this
can benefit both
consumers
and manufacturers.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
