The system used for rubbish collection in your local area is not working properly. This is causing problems for you and your neighbors. Write a letter to local council. In your letter: o Describe how the rubbish collection system is not working properly o Explain how this is affecting you and your neighbors o Suggest what should be done about the problem.
Dear Sir or Madam,
This
is to inform you that garbage collection in my neighbourhood has been broken and causing problems for us.
We have 2 dump yard locations in the surroundings and one of them has been completely destroyed by the heavy winds recently further
to this
as I recall the last
time we had a better dump yard system was a few years back.
As the local community has grown in size, our waste has increased tremendously which is leading to the use of only a single area and hence
leading to an unsanitary location due to this
pigs and dogs in and around the area have outnumbered.
I suggest you allocate more locations where we can dispose of our waste and also
fix the location which had problems in addition
to it I strong recommend GHMC to regularly check on the waste disposals also
which will help them to figure out if there is a need for a better facility to install.
I kindly hope you will look into this
issue and provide us with an immediate solution.
Thank you,
Yours Sincerely,
John WindsorSubmitted by VISH on
