Today youth are unemployed even after completing their education. What are the reasons behind growing youth unemployment? What effects does it have? According to you how can this problem of youth unemployment be overcome?

After tertiary education, getting employed in a reputed firm is the most competitive task for every person in our community.
Although
they have achieved enough academic qualifications and certificates, the
youngsters
struggle to get a
job
to fulfil their dreams. The primary reason behind
this
unemployment
is technological advancement, which increases the criminal offences in that locality. In my opinion, to avoid the after-effects of
unemployment
, the Government must organise personal loans and encourage individuals
to begin
small-scale industries. Let us explain
this
in detail in the subsequent paragraphs.
To begin
with, let us shed light on the causes of
youth
unemployment
.
First
and foremost, the introduction of computers is the leading cause of
unemployment
where the number of
job
vacancies is not enough to accommodate all the qualified
youngsters
in that society. To elaborate, in
this
technological world, most of the
job
vacancies are swept out with a computer, and the remaining opportunities are not sufficient to meet the requirements of the residuals.
For instance
, the study conducted by the employment exchange in Hyderabad in 2014 showed that the advancement in computer technology had increased
youth
unemployment
by 3% every year.
Furthermore
,
youth
unemployment
will increase the crime rate in that society. To elucidate, the
youngsters
, who can not find a
job
to accomplish their living standards, will become desperate, and they will jump into illegal actions to earn money for self-support and provide a scaffold to their family.
For example
, the records from South Africa have shown that a significant portion of criminals is qualified unemployees between the age of 8 and 32 who cannot find a
job
to meet their livelihood.
In addition
, from my point of view introduction of government subsidies can reduce the criminal cases in the society by decreasing the rate of
youth
unemployment
. To clarify, it is the authority's responsibility to provide personal loans and enhance the
youth
groups to start small businesses under their control which could facilitate an income to support their life. These organisations could employ several other
youngsters
. To exemplify, in Kerala, the current Government has allowed personal subsidies up to Rs 50000 to individuals to start any enterprises without destroying the environment, which has decreased
youth
unemployment
by 20%. To encapsulate, it can be concluded that when the number of citizens shoots up, the country may not have enough
job
opportunities to fill all its
youngsters
, which leads to illegal activities. Undoubtedly, I argue that
this
could be solved only by the proper involvement of the authority with adequate loan services.
