People believe that the creation of public sports will encourage people to do more sports

The idea of whether the creation of more
sports
facilities
in the community will benefit the general population's
health
has been a topic of discussion for the
last
decade. Some argued that
health
and
fitness
should be a matter of each individual and most
people
will not take the initiative of starting an
exercise
program to improve their
health
without an education plan in place from the government. In my ,opinion I believe that building more
sports
facilities
in conjunction with a viable diet and
fitness
program will benefit the general population with their well-being.
People
living in rural areas most commonly have a variety of natural outdoor spaces where they can take advantage to recreate and do activities out there in the fresh air, all for free, to keep fit and healthy depending on their own choices. Studies have shown that only half an hour of daily walk preferably outdoors improves
health
, and lowers the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and other common
health
issues can improve dramatically with daily
exercise
accompanied by a well-balanced diet.
On the other hand
,
people
who live in cities and have busy lives could potentially be affected by time and the lack of
sports
facilities
available, which may shorten their possibilities of attending a
fitness
facility. Building gymnasiums, public
sports
centres, and installing
exercise
machines in public places around urban areas,
this
initiative definitely will encourage
people
to increase their
fitness
activity. In my ,opinion the creation of a variety of newly accessible public
sports
facilities
, and new resources to educate
people
about how to look after their
health
and
exercise
regularly with a healthy diet will benefit not only each individual but
also
public
health
in general.
