Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time and have health problems as a result. Why do many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem?
It is undeniable that many workers are staying in a more inactive lifestyle without getting
exercise
or doing less throughout the working day or in their leisure time and this
lead to having a health problem. This
essay will discuss the main reason for this
and then
describe the possible effects of the problem.
First
of all, in my opinion, the foremost causes why people
are getting lack enough exercise
is because of their busy routine. In other words
, most people
have to work
around the clock in order to support their families and they may need to work
overtime if they were requested by their boss. As a result
, they have to spend the most time at work
and after ,that they don’t go in for doing exercises as they are tired. Secondly
, they need to learn new things at night to get a promotion at work
or a good job. For example
, in this
competitive world, working people
continue to learn about technology such
as networking or other IT technologies when they reach home after working in the daytime.
It is obviously true that the possible effects of lacking exercise
or an inactive lifestyle become obesity because of their sedentary work
. Especially people
who have to work
with computers throughout the whole day. Moreover
, they can easily diseases without doing exercise
regularly. For instance
, according to the WHO, most people
are suffering from diabetes and spinal diseases due to insufficient exercise
in their daily routines.
To sum up, obesity is a big problem that affects a lot of people
nowadays. In addition
, people
can get several health problems as a consequence of an inactive lifestyle .Submitted by sandarmyint740 on
