Today in the modern world, people have become more professional, they do not have enough time for excercise. Many job holding people suffer from health problem just because not doing excercise during working days or leisure time. I agree that excercise is a key energy and this essay will discuss how cab tackle with this problem.
Maintaining a healthy life style, proved to be difficult for working people. Statistic show, that working people suffer from several health issues throughout time, due to lack of exercises either during their free time or wroking break. So what prevent employee from working out? and what can be done to answer this problem?
Work is very important in our lives.having healthy lifestyle and having fit body is also important.some of the company today they give 8hrs per day not included the overtime and one day rest per week.most of the people today they don't have time to do exercise which is important to our lives.
A lot of employees have no excercise during working hours or in their free time and because of that they have issues with physical condition. This essay will first discuss that main reason of this situation is spending all your energy during a working day, followed by a discussion of how lowering an amount of working hours is the most viable solution.
