Many companies pay more salaries to higher job positions according to their abilities, work experiences and graduations. It’s reasonable to pay higher salaries for people who have potential and possibilities. Even though graduations, and work experiences tell us about how much job ability this person has, it doesn’t confirm that this person is going to finish all his work or work hard. So, big companies should pay salaries to all workers, including CEOs, executives, and other workers according to their hard work too. All companies should consider both positioning and hardworking before they decide how much salaries workers should get.
