Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
email to reflect on a few issues on the garbage collection
system
of floor 6 in presence of myself and my neighbours. The rubbish collecting
system
does not function properly since August, and the main problem is that not all the litter can be easily and successfully put into the box. I and my neighbours have checked the entrance of the
system
and found that one button was missed due to unknown reasons. We have been bothered by the smell of the garbages left around the collecting point and the litter has increased the potential risk to children's physical health, especially during the pandemic. We hope the building management team could send expertise to have a check the
system
and have it repaired as soon as possible.
Also
, we suggest that it should be regularly examined every quarter in case it causes trouble to the community again. Yours sincerely, Cynthia
