, I want to say I had been going to Tehran with your agency in the

 week for holiday and

 travel was full important to me because I want to visit my parents.
However

 why I need to help me find my parent's location but your tour guide cannot help me to find them and after that when I was hungry or thirsty I could not buy anything for myself because all the date we have not extra age for each work so in , the fact I have not good trip with your staff.

The Greeting

Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.

Always start an informal letter in the ways:

  • Dear + name
  • Hi / Hello + name

‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.

For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:

  • Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
  • Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
