Topic 1 : university should accept equal numbers of female and male students in every subjects. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

✨ Do you want to improve your IELTS writing?
The same number of men and women undergraduates should get admitted to universities in each subject.
This
sounds like a
gender
justification but in an actual, it forces the number of students entering in less interested faculties. On other hand, few seats may remain unoccupied as no one wants to occupy them because they do not satisfy their likelihood.I partially agree with the aforementioned statement and elaborate
further
in the forthcoming paragraphs, shedding light on both sides of the issue.
To begin
with, it pronounces great when you are trying to admit the similar figure of pupils from both the sex.
This
means institutes give equal opportunities to every youngster irrespective of their
gender
.
Furthermore
, it will produce a similar sum of specialists in all the subjects with respect to their sexual belongings, so employers have the same sum of candidates from both sides of sexual orientation whom they are going to consider.
Additionally
,there will be
gender
neutrality in the future workforce as per the availability of trained workers during the selection process. On other hand, society requires a workforce with different sets of skills and orientations.
For instance
, in the teaching and nursing profession, they need employees with more empathy and manual dexterity as they are dealing with young minds or sick patients.
However
, some professions like law enforcement and military services demand physical strength and stubbornness to deal with criminals and enemies of the nation. In the same ,way it works in construction industries.According to Economic Journal's ,forecast it will lead to a shortage of nearly 30 % of staff, where they have to give priority to sexual orientation due to job demand. As described above, when students do not have seats in their subject of choice, they may discontinue their education or will study subjects where they feel boring. Considering the pros and cons of admitting similar teenagers from boys and girls in each and every subject will give rise to an artificial shortage of skilled employees in regards to specific
gender
so ,I only partially agree with the idea of equality in admission at the university level.
