Write a letter to your boss apologizing for the recent meeting you missed at work. 1. Apologise for missing the meeting. 2. Explain what happened. 3. Say what you will do to compensate.
Dear Sir,
I am writing
this
letter to you to make an apology for missing the recent meeting held on last
Friday through virtual mode about the main tally event which is to be conducted in the forthcoming week.
I am a very punctual employee and never missed any training in past. However
, this
time I was unable to attend the meeting due to some unavoidable reasons. During the organization of the meeting, I was at the hospital as I slipped on stairs at that moment and got a fracture in my right leg. Because of that medical injury, I did not join the above-said formal gathering.
Although
I missed the mandatory content and agenda of this
meeting yet I will compensate for this
loss by reading the minutes of the meeting. In addition
to it, I will take help from my colleagues in order to understand the whole procedure of implementation of this
training programme. I am apologizing to you from the bottom of my heart for missing the pre-decided meeting.
I am hoping that you will accept my apology. Regret the inconvenience caused by my faulty behaviour.
Yours Sincerely,
Kuljeet Kaur.Submitted by kuljeetkaur19941 on
