In many countries, more and more men are staying at home to look after their kids when women work full time. What are the reasons? It is a positive or negative development?

There are various reasons to be a working mom and gain money to take care of their families, while her husband takes responsibility for their kids. One of the reasons that I am able to think of is that some women have great opportunities for career growth compared to men side.
To begin
with,
this
statement reminds me of the movie "Intern", portrayed by Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway, who is a working woman in the film while her husband takes care of their daughter. The cause of
this
is Jules (cast by Anne) wanted to start her own business which has the potential to be successful,
hence
, her husband opted to abandon his career path in finances and parent their child.
However
, there are tonnes of rationale
besides
the one that I mentioned, parenting is the right job for some husbands is among those clues.
In addition
, there are some controversies over
this
statement, is it better if men stay home and raise children full-time? Personally, I believe it would be positive and spectacular alternatives and choices for some families as opposed to previous traditions where women tended to do all of these things and let the money matters be solved by only men.
As a result
, the world has changed a lot throughout decades and centuries, as same as old traditions that have been adapted and influenced by the recent world. So, it should be considered as benefits rather than drawbacks since the family could be stronger in the future by letting them select the right person to raise their sons or daughters.
