In many countries today there are many highly qualified graduates without employment. What factors may have caused this situation and what, in your opinion, can/should be done about it?

As the world population keeps growing, the opportunities continue shirking and
people
became more competitive. There is a statement that mentioned the concerning numbers of unemployment among highly qualified graduates in many countries.
This
essay will discuss the factors that may cause the distressing circumstance and the possible solutions.
Firstly
,
students
graduated without working
experience
.
Although
students
may perform well in class, it doesn't mean they are capable of doing the job.
For instance
, the management
students
may have a good understanding of management. Anyhow, they don't have actual
experience
in managing
people
and they don't have effective communication skills. Having these
students
in management positions may not be optimal for the company.
Secondly
, the imbalance between
people
and
jobs
. Many
students
enrolled in the subjects with the expectation that they will get a high salary once they got a job in the field they studied.
For example
,
students
thought that being a manager is a good position with a decent salary. But, they might forget the fact that there are more employees than managers within a company. They may fit the qualification of being managers, somehow, there is no need for a company to hire many managers. One of the great solutions for inexperienced
students
is to be an intern while pursuing their degree. Being an intern allows the student to put their knowledge into practice so that they will have enough
experience
once they graduated.
In addition
, to tackle the imbalance between
people
and
jobs
, the government and the school should frequently inform
students
about the job in demand and try to promote the subjects that have less enrollment. In conclusion, I think that the causes of unemployment for capable graduates are the lack of
experience
and no accurate balance between
people
and
jobs
. In response to the causes,
students
should do an internship while studying and the government and the school should frequently inform
students
about the status of their
jobs
.
